A complete application package will include the following:
- Completed application form
- High school and/or college transcripts (unofficial acceptable)
- Three letters of recommendation, at least two from teachers identifying qualities of candidate to work in scientific environment
- One page typed candidate summary describing career goals/plans and motivation/interest in this cancer research training program and two-year commitment
