Diversity at Moffitt
A Culture of Diversity & Inclusion
At Moffitt Cancer Center, we have many things in common… one mission, a single focus on finding a cure, a shared vision for healthy families and communities. To achieve these common goals, we come together every day to contribute the resources and talents we've developed from our different experiences and backgrounds. It is through our enduring respect for and efforts to leverage the power of our differences, as well as the recognition of our commonalities, that we will be successful in achieving Moffitt’s mission…
“…to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer.”
The Office of Institutional Diversity (OID) at Moffitt Cancer Center works to direct and monitor Moffitt programs intended to advance the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
